2000: Acquisition and development of the former Riva Calzoni industrial site located in via Stendhal 34 (44.000 sqm). 10.000 sqm has been sold to important firms such as Tod’s (Della Valle Group) 6.000 sqm, Ermenegildo Zegna group, 7.000 sqm to Diesel Group, 2.000 sqm to CP company and 3.000 sqm to the foundation of Arnaldo Pomodoro for his museum. 2002: Acquisition and development of the ex Richard Ginori area in Via Ludovico il Moro (60.000 sqm) along the Naviglio Grande canal. Current tenants: Nestlè Group (16.000 sqm), Hugo Boss (3.000 sqm), Esprit (2.500 sqm) and Zara (circa 2500 sqm). Images:
2003: Acquisition and development of the Ex General Electric site located in Via Tortona 35 (23.000 sqm). It has been developed in a new design 4+ star hotel managed by the NH Group. Current tenants: Diesel Jeans, Cable & Wireless Group, Global Crossing. Images:
2003: Acquisition and development of the former Rizzoli Corriere della Sera factory located in Via Scarsellini 17 (35.000 sqm). It will become a new residential neighbourhood, with an important element of commercial space/offices.
2004: Acquisition of the Nestlè plant in Milan in Via Bergognone36 (24.000sqm). Sold to the Giorgo Armani Group.
2004: Acquisition of the property located in Via Tortona 37 (26.000 sqm)
2005: Purchase of the Post Office – Howick Place (11.000 sqm), London (developed in partnership with Alessandro Cajrati Crivelli www.estate4.co.uk)
2006: Acquisition and developement of the Maloja Palace Hotel in Maloja, Engadina, Switzerland.
The property comprises 17.000 sqm of buildings and a 11,3 hectars park facing the Lake of Sils.
